Moodscape is a mood journaling and emotional wellness app that allows you to:

Log your daily moods and write journal entries
View AI-generated emotional insights and recommendations
See your mood visualized as dynamic landscape art
Track streaks and unlock creature companions
Use voice input for hands-free journaling

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moodscape
One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use automated systems or bots to access the app
Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all mood entries, journal notes, and other content you create
You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the service

6. AI-Generated Content

Moodscape uses AI to generate emotional insights, recommendations, and landscape images
AI-generated insights are for informational and wellness purposes only
Moodscape is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Moodscape available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
We are not liable for any loss of data due to service interruptions beyond our control

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moodscape is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodscape and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
